Elite Business Enterprises, Inc. develops, owns and operates Quick-Service restaurants, Sit-Down restaurants and Gas Stations. Our portfolio of brands, owned by our subsidiary companies, represent some of the fastest growing concepts as well as the top brands in their respective categories in the United States.

We operate some of the most exciting restaurant brands in the United States, like Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen, Black Bear Diner, Sonic Drive-Ins, and Twin Peaks Restaurant. Additionally, we also operate ARCO gas stations with AM/PM convenience stores. Through our subsidiary companies, we have developed and managed these brands throughout Califoania and Idaho. The diverse background of our executive team provides Elite Business Enterprises the ability to easily adapt to new brands and diversification as well as execute on existing concepts.

Mr. Mann has over 30 years of experience in the retail, restaurant and gas station industries. Sandy purchased his first business in 1986 in Sacramento, CA and began his career working in that gas station and convenience store. Sandy and CJ joined forces and embarked on what proved to be a very successful partnership.
Mr. Dhaliwal has over 25 years of experience in the retail, restaurant and gas station industries. CJ began his career working in a convenience store and in 2002 he moved to Tennessee where he purchased his first convenience store. From there, he grew his empire in a very successful partnership with Sandy.

Ms. Dhaliwal brings several years of project management experience and a proven record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA and began her career in research at Stanford’s Rando Lab, where she contributed to aging studies. In 2023, she joined Elite as Director of Development, where she oversees projects from pre-construction through operations handover. Gurkamal works closely with both field teams and accounting to ensure each project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
Mrs. Medina is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a B.A. in Labor and Employment Studies and a Minor in Management from San Francisco State University. She began her career with Elite in 2023 as an HR Assistant and quickly advanced to her current role as Senior HR Generalist. Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth, she is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development across the organization.
Mr. Kaul has over 15 years of experience in the Accounting, Finance and Information Technology fields. While serving as the Chief Financial Officer, he has secured sustainable funding channels, built a stronger infrastructure, implemented better processes and policies to ensure the Company’s growth is supported for years to come.
Rishi previously held positions at Ernst & Young LLP and Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, Inc. (NSYE: RARE) to name a few. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major as well as a
degree in Information Technology majoring in E-Commerce.
